Our wine cellar
200 of the finest wines from Austria and around the world rest in our wine cellar pending maturity. Our certified sommeliers ensure around 4,500 bottles are ideally stored and acclimatised and will be pleased to advise you on the choice of wine to accompany your dinner.
We also offer a selection of high-proof specialities alongside our fine wines. A smoky whisky, a perfectly matured cognac or an original Tyrolean schnapps of the highest quality and purity is the perfect way to bring the Alpenrose evening to a close in our 400 year old original Zillertal farmhouse room or the Rondo Bar.
Once a week our sommeliers extend an invitation to join them in the vinotheque, where you can discover the sensuous secrets of the world of wine and become a wine expert yourself through their expert instruction on how to enjoy wine to the full.
During these special wine tastings you can also acquire one or another of these fine wines at vinotheque prices to take home as culinary keepsakes. The Alpenrose Wine Edition with four of our most popular wines in an elegant wooden box is a fine selection.
