General terms and conditions

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply to all our offers.

General:
All prices for holiday rooms, comfort rooms and suites are quoted in euros and are per person per day (with the exception of the Penthouse Suite and Residenzvilla, which are for a minimum of two people) and include the wellness indulgence package and use of all Alpenrose wellness facilities.

For rooms and suites occupied by just one person, there is a single-use surcharge of 50%. There shall be no refund for any services that are unused by guests.
Discounts: In the room with two full paying adults
3rd and 4th person € 140.00
Children from 0 to 3 years free

Reservations:
Once a reservation has been made (thus constituting an accommodation contract), the reservation shall be subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (dated 23 September 1981) of the Austrian Tourist Accommodation Association. (Read) Please note that the prices quoted in our price list shall take precedence over the prices quoted in the reservation confirmation should these deviate from the former.

Cancellations: 
Cancellations are only valid if provided in written form. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions shall apply. Should we be unable to find an alternative guest for the accommodation in question in the event of a reservation being cancelled at short notice or following a premature departure, we will unfortunately be forced to charge the full price for the entire stay. 

Hotelstorno plus cancellation insurance:
More than just cancellation protection (without an excess) for one's holiday in Austria. This insurance package provided by the Europäische Reiseversicherung company also includes cover for early departures, for extra expenditure incurred in the event of a delayed arrival or an involuntary extension of the holiday as well as search and rescue costs. Valid for a holiday of a maximum of 31 days.

Deposit:
Once you have made a fixed reservation, you will need to pay a deposit of €220.00 per person to our bank account:

Dogs and other pets:
€ 25.00 per day (excluding food) as well as final cleaning if required at a cost of €36.00. Please understand that dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant, the wellness rooms or our sunbathing lawns.
Arrival and departure:

Guests may check into their rooms from 3.00 pm onwards. If you will be arriving after 7.00 pm, please inform us in advance. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on the morning of your departure.
Payment methods:

Cash, ONLINE payments using an EC cheque card (A/D/NL) VISA/MASTERCARD.
